My family, consisting of eight and I had a wonderful time listening to two amazing mariachis. The beautiful voices singing to traditional songs of the greatest composers/singers, was definitely a night to remember.
Unfortunately, I misunderstood the concept of being a "Red Velvet" member because my group was not seated together, although we were suppose to be placed on "top of the list" when assigning seats. We were placed on the last row. When I approached the box office regarding the seating, the young man who attended me was not very nice or helpful. He went on to say," oh you bought these through Goldstar, and we do not deal with that". Actually I would like to think they do, if I was attending an event there. I definitely am not considering renewing my membership to Goldstar. I had better seating when I was not a "Red Velvet" member for several years.
Other than that, we made the best of it and will continue to attend this annually.
