Members Who Went Said:I have enjoyed the music of Mason Williams for many years. It was a pleasure to meet the man and hear his great music...and funny poems!
Karen This was a really wonderful show, full of humor (which I expected from a scribe for the Smothers Brothers) and incredible, beautiful music (which I didn't expect, since I thought Mr. Williams would be onstage with his guitar and that's it). I enjoyed the songs and stories, and it's interesting to see how the performers who worked with him — most notably Steve Martin — seem to have "borrowed" from his persona and repertoire over the years.
Nancy Harmon Chief Dream Producer, TRAVEL by TRELLIS Mason is as charming and talented as always and the trio of musicians backing him up was wonderful. It was a delightful evening. |
