Dan transported the 6 guests into the culinary world of Chinatown and North Beach in a relaxed, open, and adventurous way. We all loved it and left enchanted and happily full. Having grown up in Chinatown, he offered candid insights only a true local might know.... local history, customs (and etiquette in China), alleys, temples plus an EXPLOSION of food from sizzling dumpling soup, dim sum, BBQ, pastries, tea tasting, pasta, pizza, tiramisu, and I'm probably missing a few stops! He sent us follow up notes too!
