I'm a fan of Oleta Adams' music and this was my second time seeing her here in the Bay Area. With this concert, I introduced my 18 year-old son to her music and we both enjoyed it. However, the music was very LOUD. It seemed to be mic'd at high volume. That was a turn off. She sang most of my favorites. And I also hoped she would sing New York State of Mind; however, each time that she praised SF, I knew it was unlikely that she would sing it. I enjoy the Rrazz Room and its intimacy. Lastly, the Kobe burger and chicken rolls we had were yum!

A wonderful event in a beautiful venue.

I love Oleta Adams. Her voice is one in a million. My only complaint was that because of the small space and the volume of her back up musicians it was hard to hear that amazing voice. When she accompanied herself solo on piano it was sublime. I also wish she would sing more songs by other composers. Her songs are good but I've heard most of them before. Her interpretation of other people's songs are unique and revelatory. She could be the Shirley Horn of our generation.

Perfect evening! First time to this venue and service was great! Intimate setting with good viewing of stage. Good value regarding goldstar ticket price. Oleta Adams was fantastic!
