Description

Regretrosexual is a singular look at the depth and breadth of human sexuality by former San Francisco stand-up comedy favorite Dan Rothenberg. In this autobiographical tale, Dan, now living in LA, is preparing to go out on a date with his girlfriend, Steph. It's not just any date. This is their six month anniversary and Steph is the woman Dan wants to marry. But before he poses that question, Dan just needs to tell Steph one little thing. Nothing big.
Just that he had a couple of gay experiences. Well, three years worth. While living in San Francisco. Is that a big deal? Dan hopes not. Surely Steph wouldn't associate this with what happened with her ex-boyfriend, who announced he was gay and promptly left her. This is the complete opposite. Right?

Jane Ganahl writing about Rothenberg for the SF Examiner noted that "His honesty, affability and good timing have made him a favorite." Which is why he's a regular at "Cobb"s and "The Punchline" and has appeared on TV. He's thrilled to be bringing Regretrosexual to SF.
