Originating in 2001 as the house improv troupe of the Seaside Repertory Theatre in Florida, SPF 7 now runs rampant in San Francsico. The troupe is made up of an eclectic group of trained actors, comedians, film makers, directors, and writers. SPF 7 focuses on the development and performance of original comedic formats using improvisation as the focal point. With shortform comedy, improvised sitcoms, interactive children's shows, numerous signature longforms, and many other projects in the works, SPF 7 is determined to further develop improvisation as an artform in every medium they explore.
