The reserved seating worked and was worth it for the more crowded events. Nice not having to wait in line and moving to the front of the line when the venue held you at the door, or getting in after they closed the door to others, plus sitting in chairs when crowds were spread on the ground.

Entertainment was varied and some of it really good. Way too much to pick from, so had to use the force to pick the events. Only one show was dissapointing.

Venue was Super... they have a huge kid's play area in a "pit" with a variety of slides and structures for climbing. Ideal for kids from 5-14 depending on maturity, especially helpful to burn some energy.

I did enjoy the festival. Unfortunately the weather was nasty for some of the outdoor showings but much of what I wanted to see was indoors. It was nice having front seating but given the number of attendees this year it wasn't neccesary. I thought Wicked was going to be there. That was disappointing. But it was fun to see snippets of some of the upcoming shows which I now know weather I want to see all of or not.

Wondeful! Wonderful! Wonderful! With something for everyone. Don't miss it. And buy a ticket so that it continues into its 8th year and beyond.

Will definitely go again...sampled some incredible works in progress @ SPUR & now know that the Jerry Springer Opera isn't my cup of tea (although kudos to the energetic and talented cast).

Was the wristband worth it? Yes and no. Liked being able to sashay to the front and sit in the grown-ups seats...loved the Beach Blanket Babylon divas who belted out some amazing disco tunes--even better to see the tiny tots getting into it and keeping the 70s alive! (-:

No reserved seating, though, @ the other SRO stage inside Yerba Buena...would suggest this for next year.

Bottom line: if you're planning to attend the smaller shows, the wristbands aren't necessary unless you want a t-shirt (high quality, soft...I like it!)
