The Adventures of Peter Cottontail is a family show based on Thornton W. Burgess' book. The show is performed by teen actors, who enact the story of the happy-go-lucky rabbit whose peaceful life in Green Meadow is interrupted by his only concern: his name. Peter wants a new name, so he enlists his friends, Jimmy Skunk, Sammy Jay, and Old Mr. Toad to help him find one. Meanwhile, Reddy Fox is plotting to trap Peter to make a nice meal for Granny Fox. Bring the family and find out if Peter can "outfox" Reddy and find his perfect new name.

Named one of the top ten plays of 2009 by The Advocate, Daniel Talbott's Slipping is an emotional drama about Eli, a high-school senior, who moves with his mother from California to Iowa after his dad's death. But after being mistreated by his closeted ex in California, Eli struggles with the idea of starting a new relationship with the straight star athlete who's befriended him and now wants to get even closer. New Conservatory Theatre Center is known for its innovative productions centered on theatrical work for youth and the LGBT community, and continues that mission with this show, directed by Andrew Nance. Very wonderful to see these young performers doing such a great job. We took our six year old granddaughter and she was totally engrossed in the performance. Highly recommend it.

The play was just amazing. My 6 year old daughter loved it. The actors are so talented and entertaining.

I have only been to 3 plays at New Conservatory Theatre Center and have always had good seats. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house.
