The Fair Weather Band was created by Jules Rowell, Bay Area trombonist-arranger, to highlight and pay respect to the compositions of Kenny Dorham, jazz trumpeter and composer. Rowell currently resides in the Bay Area where he plays trombone and makes the best arrangements for many different groups such as The Kronos String Quartet, The Mike Vax Orchestra, Teo Macero, Louie Romero and Masacote, Pete Escovedo and Francisco Aguabella.
