With four comedians there are always some you like more than others, but overall the show was good and plenty of fun.Written on Feb 09 2011

The night we went (Tuesday) it was open mic before the show, which was a great warm up! It's worth heading to the show early if you can catch those new comics in action. The comics at the comedy showcase were all really good! The big negative I have of the venue was the service. There was one waitress, who was horrible!Written on Mar 06 2011

I'd never been to the Purple Onion before and loved its intimacy. I felt very at home, especially as the comedians chatted with us throughout the show. They all had good energy and adjusted to the small size of the audience. I had a great time :)Written on Jan 26 2011

About the Ticket Supplier: San Francisco Comedy College
Since 1999, the San Francisco Comedy College (SFCC) has been offering the best group and one-on-one stand-up comedy training in the San Francisco Bay Area. Although their focus is stand-up, improv and comedy writing, people tell them that they are very much Second City in Chicago--without the pesky snow or delightful odor of Lake Michigan.
