Experience the explosively raw power of hip-hop combined with the elegance of circus performance when City Circus presents its newest production, Urban Myth. Created for families of all ages, this action-packed show features acrobatics, aerial dance, animation and b-boy power. The performers first battle each other, then join forces to fight The Establishment's efforts to exterminate artistic expression. You'll see Master Circus Artists B-Boy Iron Monkey (Renegade Rockers), Jan Damm (internationally known "danger-clown"), David Clay (of Denver-based Handsome Little Devils), and the City Circus ensemble -- all performing to original music by JBox. It's a pretty sure bet that artistic expression will emerge triumphant.

The show was riveting from start to finish. I loved the mix of storytelling, humor, acrobatics, and breakdancing. Also, it was great to see them get kids involved in circus arts at so young an age. They were all very talented performers. I will definitely keep an eye out for future performances by this group. Pure awesomeness!

This show blew me away! Even better than I expected, the performers were fabulously talented, and the design of the show and costumes were inspired. I only wish that I had seen it earlier in the run so I could have had time to recommend it to more friends.
