Smooth Soul at the Rrazz Room With the Dramatics
- Full Price:
- $50.00
- Our Price:
- $25.00
Enjoy some classic smooth soul and quiet storm R&B in the sophisticated and intimate setting of the Rrazz Room, one of San Francisco's premiere night clubs. In their early '70s heyday, the Dramatics were an anomaly: a Detroit singing group signed not to their famed hometown label, Motown, but to the legendary Southern soul label Stax/Volt. Their sound, as heard on hit singles like "Whatcha See Is Whatcha Get" and "In the Rain," straddles both worlds, combining the Temptations-like silky-smooth harmonies of Motown with the earthiness of Memphis-style soul. Still performing after more than 40 years, the group features veteran member L.J. Reynolds along with Willie Ford, Donald Albert and Winzell Kelly. Learn More

I did not have high expectations for this show, thankfully boy was I wrong! Scott Nevins is a real talent with side splitting impersonations of Eartha Kitt, Judy Garland and Carol Channing. Wilson Cruz was candid and very personable with a great singing voice. Five stars all the way for these two, it was very polished for their very first show together.Written on Oct 27 2011

Description
Known for his groundbreaking breakthrough performance on My So-Called Life and Noah's Arc followed by an impressive career on stage and screen, Wilson Cruz joins the "hilarious hottie" from truTV's hit show The Smoking Gun Presents and Instinct Magazine cover-guy Scott Nevins who critics have described as "A young, sexy, gay-er Kathy Griffin," for a special one-night-only performance.
They are two of the hottest talents on the scene and tonight they join forces to deliver a special performance where the handsome showmen will show off both of their talents while also sharing personal and sometimes scandalous stories about working in tinsel town and on the Great White Way!
