After being named the Best Comedian of 2009 by SF Weekly and Best of the Bay by the SF Bay Guardian, hometown favorite Ali Wong left the Bay Area for New York City, and now lives in Los Angeles. As she traversed the country, she performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the FOX series Breaking In, E!'s 50 Super Epic TV Moments, and filmed a role for Oliver Stone's upcoming film, Savages. She has also racked up more media accolades nationally, having been named one of Comedy Central's "7 Comics to Watch" in 2010 and one of Variety magazine's "10 Comics to Watch" for 2011. Wong, who has performed with Chris Rock, Bill Burr and Dave Chappelle, returns to San Jose for a night of comedy.
