This guy is just too funny for words. I don't think that I have ever seen my husband laugh so much in the 12 years we have been together! This is the second time that we saw him at the Improv and he was hilarious...all new material...such a "real"life comedian...who I would love to hang out with. What a really funny, sweet guy all the way around.

Joey Diaz was absolutely fantastic!!!! He was very personable, and brought alot of his "real" life situations into his act and was hilarious in describing his experiences. As far as I'm concerned the one way to tell a great comedian is one that can laugh at himself.....and Joey had everyone laughing so hard that they were crying, me included. I would definitely go see him again and bring more friends with me.

More Information About Dirtbag Comedy with Joey "Coco" Diaz

Quotes & Highlights

Description

Joey "Coco" Diaz is one of the top underground standup comics today. If you don't know who he is, he is the hero on the subway in Spiderman II, and the overweight mobster in the hilarious remake of the Longest Yard, and one of the crazy dudes on the highly rated internet series " The Joe Show" starring Joe Rogan.

What makes him special is he's a wildcard. Never does the same set twice. Uncensored and uninhibited. His comedy isn't R-rated, his life is. Joey "Coco" Diaz was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in North Bergen, NJ. When your the only spic in an Irish/Italian neighborhood, you better be funny and you better be likable. Joey got his start in Bolder, Co. After a brief stint in the Colorado Correctional Facilities, Joey put away his guns and bulletproof vest and started a standup comedy career.

Joey's creation "Joey Karate" won 6 awards on You Tube and is now being featured on Spike's Inside the UFC. Joey does television comedy, too. With multiple appearances on Fox's "Mad TV, the CW's "", and CBS's "How I Met Your Mother", plus appearances on Martin Lawrence's "First Amendment Comedy" on Starz and Payaso Comedy Slam on Showtime. On the big screen, TV screen, and computer screen Joey "Coco" Diaz sizzles.
