House of Floyd, California's premier Pink Floyd tribute band, plays the Montgomery Theater. Founded by a group of veteran Bay Area musicians and audio-visual technicians, including ex-Gregg Allman band member Mark Showalter, House of Floyd is focused on re-creating the live Pink Floyd concert experience. Their shows include note-perfect renderings of the band's hits and classic album cuts, to lasers, computer graphics, animation, video and even the inflatable pig. They've played more than a hundred shows since their founding in 2005. Learn More
Reviews & Ratings
Directed by John McCluggage, this award-winning musical centers on a hapless, down-and out skid row floral assistant who becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers an exotic plant with a mysterious craving for fresh blood that grows into an ill-tempered, R&B-singing carnivore who offers him fame and fortune in exchange for feeding its growing appetite, finally revealing itself to be an alien creature poised for global domination! Featuring an early 1960’s rock-and roll musical sound along with sci-fi adventure and tons of humor, Little Shop of Horrors is the perfect show for theater lovers.
