Let me start with the ending. At the conclusion of this magical concert everyone around us was sporting a big smile. And for good reason. Hapa - a legendary band of musicians/singers for over two decades - put on a performance to remember. Their sweet music on a relatively warm night transported us to the islands. To top it off the Halau Hula Na Pua O Ka La'akea dance troupe added their own visual highlight to the evening. What more can you ask? Here's to hoping that the Osher Marin JCC makes "Hawaiian" night a regular part of their summer concert schedule.
