Located in an industrial building, the entrance is a bit awkward for a theater. The foyer is crowded and the restrooms, ticket booth, green room, dressing room, office, etc. all open from that foyer. The theater itself is very comfortable. Seats are traditional theater seating. Not a bad seat in the house. They do open seating rather than assigned.
The play itself was very well done for community theater. The King was awesome and Anna was superb with a beautiful voice and English accent. The children were delightful and just learning their acting/singing abilities, but oh so cute. Costumes were beautiful. Overall, a highly entertaining afternoon (we attended the Sunday Matinee).
Along with the dazzling score, the incomparable Jerome Robbins ballet, The Small House of Uncle Thomas, is one of the all-time marvels of the musical stage.
Attic Community Theater has air conditioning.
