The event was a lot of fun! The other teams were great to interact with, the coordinators we fun, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thankgoodness for Goldstar because even though it was fun, it probably would not have been worth paying full price for, at least from a college student's perspective. Overall it was great I struggled with solving the puzzles, but my boyfriend caught onto them really quickly. It brought us closer together and really forced us to learn to work as a team. There was also a lot of running involved. That part was a bit unfair because of the diverse shape that all of the teams were in. One couple was in great shape and came in first, other teams had many older members who struggled to keep up with each other. We competed against 5 other teams which was fun because it really pushed the competitive element of the event. Overall, I did enjoy it!

This was truly an AMAZING RACE! I would recommend it to anyone that would like a challange and a great time. It was tons of fun and as frustrating as a few moments can be, keep in mind it is all for fun! The prize is a great time with great people. Highly recommended....Team TBC W/ Love

It is a race through Santa Monica, very much like the TV show, look for clues, solve them and try to finish first. Bob was the host, and he was great, funny, friendly and encouraging. The adventure was a great way to see different parts of the city, and was fun and exhausting. Got good exercise, so felt fine indulging in my free beers once the race was finished :)

This was our second time running this race (well the first for the Santa Monica version) and we had a great time once again. The clues are challenging enough to make you think but not so hard that you get frustrated. It is a great way to spend the day getting exercise, seeing the sights and spending time as a family.
