Surrealist John Sinner's Theatre Revelation returns to the L.A. area with the premiere of their new theatrical extravaganza, Happy Ending (Who Will Live, Will See). This dark and disturbingly funny cocktail mix of equal measures Buñuel, Balzac and Lucille Ball is about an apocalypse-fearing family and their meta-physical histrionics, bathed in Sinner's lyrical language, highly stylized choreography and hallucinatory visual/sonic landscapes.

Description

Home as fall-out shelter.

“We’re of course always excited to have our work welcomed in Europe and in New York," says John Sinner, "but as an L.A. native, I’m very happy Highways invited us to perform back home, especially as the avenues for this type of surreal, outside-the-box entertainment seem less and less available in the U.S.”

Sinner’s use of the words “entertainment” and “surrealism” in combination come perfectly natural to him. “I believe the audience will get a kick out of this new show.”

Happy Ending stars Keirin Brown, Betsy Moore, Pamella Pearl, Paul Tucci and features a special onscreen performance by Alan Mandell, the renown octogenarian actor and original Samuel Beckett collaborator.
