This one-of-a-kind BBQ extravaganza showcases the best BBQ pitmasters from around the country, a beer garden, and live entertainment featuring a Johnny Cash cover band, Beatles cover band, Metal Shop, and various other acts. The event will bring Ubon's Championship BBQ from Mississippi, Southside from Texas, and award-winning BBQ from Memphis and Kansas City.

While lines were a little long, the food and fun atmosphere made it worth it...hard to beat BBQ, beer and beach!
It was nothing more than a bunch of mediocre bbq restaurants selling food. The line to get a drink (inclduing water) was 45 minute long. We ate - we left.
It was the worst ever!!! I went in and went out in 5 mins tops... the food vendors did not offer any food samples so we could pre-taste before buying, the lines were 45 mins-to-1 hour long (people I've asked said it felt like an theme park event...long lines), the Verizon vendor folks were rude and pushie with ther flyers (no wonder why they have PR & customer services issues...) and finally if you could give me my Money back that would be great!

ps, maybe you should consult the folks that plan "The Taste of LA" events, I would reconsider coming next time...
