Gipsy Kings, featuring Nicolas Reyes and Tonino Baliardo, return to the Greek Theatre to celebrate their 25th anniversary under the stars in L.A. Already an international hit, the Gipsy Kings burst onto the American music scene with their 1989 self-titled album release. The Gipsy Kings introduced millions of U.S. listeners to the band's unique, irresistible blend of traditional flamenco styles with Western pop and Latin rhythms. Since then, the band has toured virtually non-stop, to the farthest-flung corners of the planet, and sold almost twenty million albums, all the while retaining the same line-up of virtuoso musicians. Their music has been featured on television in such diverse projects as Dancing With the Stars, Entourage and movies such as Toy Story 3, Fearless and The Big Lebowski. The Gipsy Kings' most recent album Savor Flamenco won a 2014 Grammy for Best World Music Album. Expect to hear songs from Savor Flamenco as well as old favorites in this exciting outdoor show. The opening act is Ole' Noys, the sons of the Gipsy Kings' Tonino Baliardo and Nicolas Reyes. Learn More

Loved everything about this event.
Loved the location, loved the band, and loved the seats!
The Broad Stage Theater is a lovely small intimate venue that I would love to see just about anything in, it’s a little bit of a drive if you’re not from Santa Monica but worth the drive. The sound was great and I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house. The Goldstar seats we got were box seats, and I loved it because I had never had to sit in a box seat and always wondered what it was like. It was awesome! I felt like Royalty, I would of even waved at you if you looked up at me.
Didn’t know too much about the band, I had just seen a quick piece on then the week prior on Vista LA, and thought, “Well they seem like a fun band.” So when I saw they had a show and Goldstar had tickets for it, I jumped at the chance. And they were Great! The have a sound that’s all over the place and all kinds of different songs that don’t fit just into any one category. There was even a chance to meet the band after the show and get your CD signed, which we did, and they were super nice, even took pictures with us.
If Goldstar has tickets to La Santa Cecilia’s next show I will defiantly purchase them.
They even had a Dance floor for people to get up close and enjoy the show.
