Barbara Bain was absolutely delightful and fun. 6 one-act plays, some poignant and some funny, it was a great way to spend an afternoon in Santa Monica.

Go see it!

I am not sure if that person from the LA Times Blog actually saw the same show I did. Or the same show the entire audience saw and LOVED.
Her rant was so VERY WRONG, hurtful, almost spiteful and MEAN.
To go after a living legend like Barbara Bain and call her "zombie like"?? Obviously, this blogger must have been a zombie or ASLEEP when she saw this show because Ms. Bain and the entire cast were all superb.
I often wonder about some critics like this one. I think they are just envious, frustrated actors or writers.. Alleviating their frustration and failure by lashing out at the talented people who are REALLY doing it and not just sitting back spitting their venom on anyone who will read their inane, blather-filled drek.
Shame on this blogger woman. In this challenging time for theater she should keep her opinions to herself. After all we ALL have opinions. And you just read mine.

That is out of the way, on with the show.

What a fantastic show! The acting was top notch in every show. The casting was superb. The writing was so well done, Dale Griffiths Stamos is a talented writer who has a bright future ahead of her.
The shows were all so well done and they flowed so smoothly. I loved the family theme and how so many aspects of the family dynamic were depicted. And they deserved the standing ovation that they received!

What a thrill to finally see Barbara Bain in person.Seeing her in three shows, in very diverse roles, especially the last one, was so special.
I will never forget this show nor her. After the show was over she came out in the hall and was so beautiful and gracious to everyone.
She is pure class and a real star.

I am going back to see this show this weekend. Please don't miss it if you have the chance, treat yourself to some real talent and six wonderful shows!

KUDOS to Three Roses Players and Venice Sky Productions!
BRAVO!

This is the second Three Roses Players show I have seen and I will continue to support this terrific theater.
