Great event! Went to the Mother's Day Wine Cheese and Chocolate Pairing Class with my Wife. We tasted a whopping 10 bottles of wine ( one of which was his own) 5 amazing selection of cheeses (pretty hearty portions i might add) and the chocolate...continued

The wines were interesting. I liked two in particular. Also, the cheese and chocolate servings were generous. Ian was very good about describing everything.
