Legendary singer Glen Campbell, who blended country and pop to record some of the most beloved songs of the 20th century, comes to Saratoga's Mountain Winery on his final tour. The singer of "Rhinestone Cowboy," "Wichita Lineman," "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "Galveston" and "Gentle On My Mind" began his career as part of the famous "Wrecking Crew" group of session musicians, appearing on the Beach Boys's Pet Sounds
, many of Phil Spector's "Wall of Sound" singles, and other '60s rock and pop hits. He had his first solo hit in 1967 with "Gentle On My Mind," and a series of classic tunes followed, many composed by songwriter Jimmy Webb. From 1969 to 1972, he hosted The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour
on CBS, and continued releasing chart-topping hits throughout the '70s. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2005. In 2011, Campbell announced that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, and released his final studio album, the acclaimed Ghost on the Canvas
