Bert "The Machine" Kreischer was discovered during his seventh year at Florida State University, when Rolling Stone Magazine did an article on the number one party school in the country, and named him the "top partier." Since then he's been a regular on Comedy Central's Reality Bites Back and hosted FX's Hurt Bert. In 2010, he became the host of the Travel Channel reality show Bert the Conqueror, in which he travels the U.S. going to amusement parks and other entertainment venues. His stand-up special Bert Kreischer: Comfortably Dumb continues to be one of the most popular on Comedy Central, and he's also been seen on the Late Show with David Letterman. Learn More

This was a lot of fun! Hal Sparks was the headliner and Chris Bonno was the feature comic, and both were very funny. The Improv is a very nice venue, good food, friendly staff. Not a bad seat in the house. All in all, a very nice date night.
Hal Sparks began his career in Chicago with the famed Second City Troupe, and in 1987 was named "Funniest Teenager in Chicago" by the Chicago Sun Times. Hal has performed at numerous comedy clubs, including The Improv, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, and The Ice House, as well as performing at Comic Relief's American Comedy Festival. He provided the voices of both a bee and a fish in 20th Century Fox's hit film Dr. Dolittle 2 and co-starred in 20th Century Fox's Dude, Where's My Car? His television appearances include The Tonight Show, Politically Incorrect, Hollywood Squares, MTV, The View, The List, and Martial Law. And from 1999 till 2000, Hal was the host of the Emmy-award winning Talk Soup on E! Entertainment Television.
