Cost more through Goldstar than at the door! If you buy through Goldstar you will be made to buy an additional $6 per person of food. Kids under 18 are only $12 at the door so we spent more through Goldstar than if we bought at the door. The improv was only ok. I know it can vary from night to night and would be willing to give it a try again except the rest of the experience was so bad. The value is not quite worth the price as compared to say Second City or Comedy Sportz. The food is pushed way to hard and is comparable to what you would get at an arcade. No servers, have to get it yourself. Started 20 minutes late and then had a 10 minute intermission giving only about 40 minutes of entertainment. 10 of which was spent pushing to buy food which was more expensive than movie theater food.Written on Apr 23 2012

This was the 3rd time we attended a show and it was the least favorite of the three.Written on May 21 2012
We were seated in the rear section and had a large bachelorette party seated in front of us who were extremely annoying and yelling out the whole time (not really the Improv's fault).
However the seats themselves were horrible. We could not see the stage without straining and the sound was generally horrible so we really struggled to hear the show (even during the lulls with the drunk girls in front of us).
They really need to take two actions to improve the venue:
1. Mic the comedians and install speakers in the side and back walls (don't understand why they dont have this already).
2. Elevate the back section in a stadium style seating so you can actually still view the stage if you are stuck back there.
Not really any brilliant ideas here as this is architectural 101 in terms of designing the space and improving the customer experience. Not sure I will go back again and risk being assigned such poor seats. We really did not enjoy the evening at all :-(

See fully improvised comedy shows in the style of Whose Line is it Anyway? that combine live action, video and the audience. The early show is family-friendly, while the late show is more for grown-ups.
