Every relationship tells a story -- even those that don't last. Written by Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown (Parade, 13), this two-person tale chronicles the marriage between an up-and-coming New York novelist and a struggling actress. Told entirely through exuberant and heartrending songs, it's the story of the couple's five-year relationship, from the first thrilling pangs of new love to their final, painful separation. However, there's a twist: Jamie relives the relationship from beginning to end, while Cathy relates their story in reverse, from end to beginning. Their "times" intersect only once, signaled by a poignant duet on their wedding day. It's a stirring and emotional story that's been staged across the U.S. and internationally since its Chicago premiere in 2001. Learn More

Picked up our tickets @ will call -no problems. Appreciated the reminder and information about parking, directions, and seating from
Goldstar. The play was very professional and entertaining. Actors Cafe is a very small venue with about 40 seats, with only about 16- 20 theatre style seats, but we were there early enough to get a comfy theatre style seat. Other seating in hard chairs
