Acapulco Gold Is Back With Funk, Soul & Jazz
Now set to make its triumphant return after a 30-year break, the famed Seattle band known simply as "The Gold," takes the stage with its signature blend of funk, soul and jazz, juiced by its legendary horn section. Originally formed by Garfield High School students in 1969, Acapulco Gold went on to make a big name for itself across the Northwest with their original songs and groove-filled live shows, and opened for some of the world's top bands, including Santana, Kool & The Gang, The Ohio Players, Earth, Wind and Fire and more.

Seating is comfortable, but if you want to see the performers play --e.g. strumming the guitar, you would need to sit where you face the front of the state, as they might not turn toward your side as they perform.Michael Shrieve's Spellbinder info • Jun 30 2014 star this tip starred
