Sweet, notstalgic music from the Dale & Roy era. Witty script. Sometimes challenging to hear & feel impact when on the sidelines versus front & center of the theater.

Lightweight entertaining fun--a review of mostly pop western songs from the 40s with a slight, funny plot to hold them together.

Description

Cheerio, pardner! Crikey! It’s 1944 and America’s favorite singing cowboys are saddled up to take the British airwaves by storm.  There’s just one problem: the crooners are no-shows. What’s the BBC to do? Pull on your boots, loosen your tie, and get ready for a summer musical that’ll rope you in and leave you in stitches.

Associate Artistic Director Karen Lund directs Bill Hamer, Ian Lindsay, Caitlin Macy-Beckwith, Simon Pringle, Solomon Davis, and Sam Vance.

Enjoyable for ages 5 and older.

The show runs two hours, with one intermission.
