Rock concerts aren't typically family affairs, but that's what makes Big Top Rock so special. Teatro ZinZanni has teamed up with Seattle rock band Dream On, an almost all-girl (there is one guy) Aerosmith tribute band, to create a show that blends cirque acts and rock music into all-ages fun. Your kids can learn the "ABCs" of rock while dancing to timeless hits, but this show isn't just for children. Adults will love the music and acrobatic acts as well at this rock 'n' roll and circus extravaganza. Learn More

Hee Sung Jang is early in what gives every indication of being a successful career as a concert pianist. The only pity is that her recital at the Cornish School in Seattle was not better attended. Her program of Haydn (C Minor Sonata), Ravel (Valses noble et sentimentale), Gerswin medley, and Rachmaninoff (Sonata No. 2 Op 36) showed off her varied and impressive skills. Ms Jang is at home on stage and in command of her repertoire. The small Cornish Hall is overwhelmed by the Steinway grand and the power of Ms Jang's playing.
