1st Course 
Crab Cake Nouvelle 
Pacific crab cake, served with crisp rice noodles and a mango aioli 

2nd Course 
Farmers’ Market Salad 
Field greens with goat cheese, Prosciutto di Parma, teardrop tomatoes and candied pistachios, in a spring herb vinaigrette 

3rd Course 
Your choice of Entrée: 
Filet Oscar 
Pan seared filet mignon, stuffed with Pacific crab, served with asparagus and Mascarpone whipped potatoes in a rich port wine demi-glace

Salmon Bonne Femme 
Almond crusted salmon, served with a roasted vegetable and sheep’s milk cheese risotto in a vanilla bean beurre rouge 
-or- 
Chef’s Capelli D’Angelo 
Angel hair pasta tossed with baby spinach, mushrooms and grilled vegetables in a creamy chardonnay tarragon sauce 

4th Course 
Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake 
With fresh berry compote, salted caramel, and passion fruit whipped cream
