They had people bring wine so they ended up with alot of wine; I'm not a drinker so I didn't bring wine, but they had sodas to drink; they should offer water though. I'm not sure it's good idea to have people bring wine as most of it was finished; so most people were buzzed when they left. As for the cooking; it was fun to create stuff with a recipe, but I wouldn't pay full price for it. They were desperate for men, so they reduced the price the last few days and some men didn't even pay because they got emails from the organizer to attend for free. For the most part, the people were friendly and were open to socializing. I was one of the few asian guys there and there was only one other asian female who wasn't into socializing with other asian guys. Most attendees were caucasian.

This was a really fun event! I'm not much of a cook, so it was fun to be in an environment where trained chefs are nearby to assist. And it was great to meet new people and make new friends with the other folks that attended the event. I would definitely do this again!

The event was a lot of fun. The chefs were very informative and helpful. The attendees were very friendly and nice. Working together on cooking projects was very creative and fun. The chefs followed up with an email with the recipes and the participants email addresses. It was a really fun event overall and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.
