Gucci-cucci !!!!

OMG!!! We had a great time !!!!
Lots of fun drinks, and full bottles of bicardi mojito and the new girly beers also there was TGIF booth offering drinks too. The July weather made it a little hot for being held outdoors. But the drinks kicked in and we didn't feel it after a while. The goodie bag was well worth the $30 we spend for the tickets . It was packed with great beachy type books (which we met one of the author and she signed for us), iced teas drinks, female products, shampoo and conditioner, and Lindt chocolate bars. For a girl who loves products this was great !!!!
The only drawback was that there was no food, and after drinking all day in the sun and heat, we needed food for the drive home. Overall, we had a great time and can't wait to come to the NYC one in Oct. I hear that is the best one of all!!!
Thanks Shecky's job well done !!

Overall, I thought this event was okay. The event was held outdoors. The goodie bag was great. It was packed with books, drinks, female products, many samples, shampoo and conditioner, etc etc.
The open bar was also great. You could basically ask for a bottle of bicardi mojito. There were also lots of booths such as TGIF that offered drinks.
The shopping, however, was not so great. I found the discounted brand name sunglasses place the best. The rest were mostly jewelry and clothing. I thought they were mostly overpriced. If you are looking for brand name stuff, this is not the place.

We went to the event last time and really liked it, spent hours and having good time. So we decided to go back and to our surprised we were so disappointed, there wasn't much booths to look around, and the goodie bag that I got was incomplete and the guy was saying all the excuse. I was trying to exchange it since all the stuff from my friends are complete and I saw some other people's as well.. all I can say that it was really disappointing.. didn't even stay for an hour.

About Southampton Historical Museum:

In 1951, the Society acquired the Rogers Mansion, built in 1843, and exhibited furnishings donated by local families. During that decade the Society acquired and restored two historical properties with the help of Southampton summer resident Henry Frances DuPont, founder of the Winterthur Museum. They were the Thomas Halsey Homestead, built in 1660, and the Elias Pelletreau Shop, erected in 1686. After extensive restorations, the buildings were open to the public during the summer months with exhibits of colonial-era furnishings and tools. By the 1990's, the Rogers Mansion property had expanded to include 12 historical structures including a one-room schoolhouse, a colonial-era barn, and a 19th-century paint shop. The museum is open year-round with changing exhibits on historic topics, a research center and extensive education programs for school children and adults.
