Sadly there is not a moderately priced cafe/wine bar within 2 blocks. The nearby Radisson (maybe it's a Towne Court) has a very mediocre restaurant. On the corner is a LOUD place 'Waters....something' but I'm concerned that restauranteurs ignore needs of 'mature' people. I sincerely hope when St Paul redoes the former Macy's block, it includes a restaurant/bar similar - if not the same- as the old Rosewood Rm.Courting Harry dining • Apr 11 2014 star this tip starred
This family has been regulars at the History Theater for years. We have always parked in the ramp by the Children's Museum, just a block away. Now we are looking forward to taking the light rail from the burbs and avoiding parking all together. When the Central Corder opens in June, the train will stop literally at the door of the History Theatre. This tremendous venue will be incredibly accessible from anywhere the light rail goes or can be picked up!The Incredible Season of Ronnie Rabinovitz info • Feb 15 2014 star this tip starred

I am a paraplegic and needed wheelchair access. The gold star representative was able to get that for me within an hour of my request. courteous email exchanges with Melissa.
The show was fabulous! mystery theater in downtown St Paul so there was great history, powerful story, wonderful singing and acting. One actress had performed on Broadway.
The performance brought me to tears and inspired me.
What more can you ask for?
Finally, I want to add that I would not have been aware of this show had it not been on the Events section of goldstar.
Your service has alerted us to first rate productions several times in the past. And of course, the 50% off the ticket price is a sweet enticement.
