Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. I am a huge Billy Joel fan and loved this band when they were on Broadway. However, this performance was so poor we left at intermission. The theatre was way too small for the band. The...continued

Sound balance wasn't great - vocals were not clear.

The band was awful. In addition, the music was way too loud - so loud you couldn't distinguish the different sounds (voice vs. drum for example). It was also physically painful w/out stuffing our ears full of tissues.
