Terrible! The worst play I have seen. It was racist, depressing, sexist, pretentious, insulting, and slow. My wife and I gave it an hour, hoping it would get better. Unfortunately, it didn’t and we walked out after others. Because there was nervous laughter in the audience, we are sure many felt the same way. We sensed a major problem before the performance began because over half of the seats were empty on a Saturday evening performance. We wished we got the message ahead of time as apparently others had. The only good aspect of play was the set’s design. Finally, please note that is a one act play which means it is difficult leaving in the middle of the performance if you decide to do that like we did.

Fantastic production. A bit of history, romance and comedy blended together. Very talented acting. It amazes me that a cast of two people can keep an audience entertained for 90 minutes. Kudos to Johnny Lee Davenport for his spectacular performance.
