Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

In this class we open the door to just a few basics of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors that we think will pique your interest to learn more. Whether you are a vegetarian or simply enjoy Indian flavors, this culinary class is the perfect way to learn how to prepare healthy and delicious Indian food. 

What’s on the Menu: 

*Crispy poppadum or paratha or naan bread from scratch 

*Baked samosas 

*Spicy red lentil dahl 

*Vegetable biryani pilaf 

*Chicken tikka with a masala sauce 

*Chai latte from scratch

There’s no black magic near our kitchen if you are craving a little southern comfort? Whether you love cajun or creole, our chef will explore the main differences and teach you to cook like you grew up in N’awlins in our cooking class.

April 25, 2014: Middle-Eastern Appetizers
Take a quick food tour by learning to make some of the traditional appetizers of the Mediterranean/Mid-East region. Soon you’ll be inviting guests over just so you can show off your new talents.

What’s on the Menu:

  • Spinach, Feta Phyllo Pies
  • Fattoush Salad – bread salad that includes fried pita chips
  • Babaghanoush- grilled eggplant roasted dip
  • Seasoned Pita Chips
  • Sweet potato Falafel balls with Tahini Sauce (baked)
  • Sweet butter cookies
    You may bring in your own wine or beer; we will be serving a small tasting of a cocktail. Must be 21 and over to taste.

When the moon hits your eye, it’s time to get a slice of life at our Gourmet Pizza Night. Nothing says party like a delicious slice of pizza. Learn the handy skills of making your own homemade pizza, a variety of sauces with fresh toppings. You’ll never order in again!
Dress comfortably — we’ll provide aprons for all to wear — and be prepared to eat some spectacular pizza of your own creation!

What’s on the Menu:

  • Bake or Grill your dough
  • Basic individual 12 inch pizza dough by hand
  • Sauces – red (salsa d’pomodoro)
  • Toppings: mushrooms, onions, olives, pepperoni, peppers
  • Cheeses: shredded mozzarella
  • Dessert: Nutella dessert pizza with slivered almonds
