Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

Zucca e Patate Gratinate (Butternut Squash and Potato Gratin) or Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Italian Grilled Skirt Steak (3-4 oz. per person only)
Torta di Ricotta e Mandorle (Almond Ricotta Cake)

Who said a meatless meal can’t taste great? You’ll be preparing a gourmet vegetarian meal with this menu that’s sure to keep the cows happy. The goal in this class is to learn the many ways you can go meatless and not sacrifice flavor and taste. Take this journey through your senses, enjoying nutritious food from Mother Earth.

What’s on the Menu:
Minestrone Soup
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
Roasted Root Vegetable Salad
Spaghetti Squash with a pesto
Glazed Avocado Cupcakes (vegan and diary free) OR Flourless Chocolate Cake (Gluten free)

Must be 21 and over to taste wine, beer or alcohol.

For evening classes, you can also bring in your own bottle of wine or beer if you would like. There is no corkage fee.
