The place is really quaint. Liz and her helpers are nice. However, as one reviewer said, this is not really a cooking class. She gives you some basic instruction then your group (up to four people to the table) are sent to pick up the...continued

Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

Chef Liz greeted us, offered us sangria and showed us knife skills to begin. We worked together as a group and then split up into groups of 2 or 3 and made a variety of delicious tapas. AFter all the prep, cooking and baking - the food was...continued

We had a fantastic evening out making Gourmet Pizza with chef Liz and her staff. We learned a few tips throughout the process but were able to learn by doing for most of the night! We had staff members circling around to be sure we were...continued

My 6 year old niece and I had a great time! This was definitely geared toward the children, so the 'cooking' was minimal. Liz had multiple activities planned so we were active with goodie assembly even while the cookies were baking. My niece keeps...continued

Unfortunately very disappointing. The class content was to learn knife skills, how to stock a kitchen with needed ingredients and cook healthy. Lisa, the instructor (chef) explained the use of only 1 type of knife, demonstrated how to cut an...continued

Teacher Liz has lots of energy and really cares that you learn. Basic skills training (like knife handling) was good. Recipes were creative. Some recipes needed a little tweaking, one was too salty and the soup recipe needed more stock. Recipes...continued

Highly recommend. We went to the Cuban food class, which began with Mojitos...need I say more? Unique in that the class is hands on and there is a lot of cammaradrie among the small group of students. Learned a lot and the food was healthy and...continued

I was happily surprised with the class. Many good tips, hands on knife use, coordinating a meal together with the chopped items, and enjoying everyone's company. The room was also much more pleasant than a typical cooking training area. I would...continued

A fun and educational experience! The chefs make you feel comfortable regardless of your cooking experience. We learned some great cooking techniques, laughed, and ate the delicious results!

We attended a gingerbread house cooking class with our two daughters - ages 7 and 9. The class was a bit unorganized. There were only two mixers for everyone to share. The ginger bread pieces were already done and way too think and heavy. The...continued

Fun, controlled chaos! Fully hands-on and educational cooking. Chef Liz has great recipes that were simple to follow and wonderful to eat. Two of my friends even cooked items from the class the next day.

So fun! Chefs Liz and Sharon are absolutely fabulous! The recipes are delicious and I love the fact that they go over knife skills and the items and background of those items that are being used. Definitely recommend!
