Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

The Chef can’t wait to teach you how to give your home cooking that extra touch of the sophisticated. Let’s eat and drink beer!

Hitch your camel to our palm tree tonight with the wonders of the Middle East – Learn how to make a mouthwatering feast full of appetizers, main entrées, and decadent dessert. We’ll also teach you how to make hummus at home. And, the night would not be complete without putting a “shish” in your kebob! You’ll learn to marinate meats, make your sides and eat to a foodie hearts content.

What’s on the Menu:

  • Red Pepper Hummus Dip
  • Seasoned Pita Chips
  • Israeli Salad
  • Spiced Chicken kebabs with Summer veges

Must be 21 and over to taste wine, beer or alcohol.

For evening classes, you can also bring in your own bottle of wine or beer if you would like. There is no corkage fee.
