November 22, 2014: Cajun/Creole Comfort Foods
Craving a little southern comfort? Whether you love Cajun or creole, our chef will explore the main differences and teach you to cook like you grew up in N’awlins in our cooking class. Warning: spicy foods & ingredients are included but we try to keep it to a minimum.

What’s on the Menu:

  • Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya
  • Gumbo (Vegetarian) with hush puppies for garnish
  • Dirty Rice with shrimp
  • Southern Cornbread with butter or Bayou Coleslaw with Roumalade Dressing
  • Vanilla Scented Beignets and powdered sugar

Must be 21 and over to taste wine, beer or alcohol.

For evening classes, you can also bring in your own bottle of wine or beer if you would like. There is no corkage fee.
