Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

Description

August 31, 2014: Grilling 101
Become a Grilling Expert…If it can be roasted, broiled, sautéed, fried or baked then it can probably be grilled. Grilling adds flavor to foods, cooks fast and is much more fun than cooking indoors. So fired up the grill and get cooking together this summer.

What’s on the Menu:

  • Grilled mixed Seasonal Vegetables OR Mexican Corn on the Cob
  • Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
  • Steak kebabs with garlic, oregano and cumin
  • Honey and Porter Glazed Chicken Skewers
  • Grilled Seasonal Fruit with Vanilla ice cream (we are not making the ice cream)
  • Red or White wine Sangria with fresh fruit (Tasting)

*For evening classes, you can also bring in your own bottle of wine or beer if you would like. There is no corkage fee.

Menus are current at time of publication, but subject to change without notice.

Children ages 13 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
