Fun class, great food and darling location. Everyone divides into small groups and each group cooks a couple of the recipes, then tastes everything as a group at the end of class. We had a nice bunch of people in the class and lots of fun.

July 20: Handcrafted Artisan Bread Baking
There is nothing like the mouthwatering aroma of fresh baked bread wafting through the house. Once you learn the basics, making fresh, homemade bread is a delight. In this class, our chef will teach you about blooming yeast, mixing doughs, proofing and baking breads to create fresh-baked breads that you and your family will savor.

What’s on the Menu:

  • French Bread Mini Baguettes
  • Rosemary and Sea Salt Foccacia Bread
  • Southern Biscuits with Cinnamon Honey Butter

All breads will have a dipping sauce made in class to enjoy!
Free dough scraper will be passed out compliments of King Arthur Flour.

July 27: Greek Feast
If Nia Vardalos (actress extraordinaire from My Big Fat Greek Wedding) is too busy to give you her families recipes, come on over to this cooking class! This class uses all your senses to enjoy a great Greek island cuisine. Discover Greek cooking based on the use of fresh produce, simple preparation, and minimal spices that allow the purity of the ingredients to shine through. Ingredients such as honey, feta, olives, lemon and pungent Greek oregano are commonly used.

What’s on the Menu:
Spanakopitas (spinach and cheese pies)
Grilled Greek Koftas (lamb or beef) with yogurt sauce
Greek Eggplant Moussaka
Greek Garden Salad with Feta cheese and Kalamata olives
Baklava from scratch

July 31: Indian Flavors Cooking Class

In this class we open the door to just a few basics of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors that we think will pique your interest to learn more. Whether you are a vegetarian or simply enjoy Indian flavors, this culinary class is the perfect way to learn how to prepare healthy and delicious Indian food.
