Pygmalion goes awry in this contemporary comedy of manners that explores sexual harassment, misplaced love, and the possibility of a four-sided love triangle. The players in this game include a sexy, volatile young woman; a writer; a lawyer; and a fiancée who wears sensible shoes. Spike Heels is an unflinching look at the power of sex and the depth of its influence on relationships.

A Step Beyond The Rain, a one-woman show written and performed by actress Miata Edoga, is the true story of a mother and her two daughters struggling under the weight of physical and mental illness. Encompassing themes of love, loyalty, loss and liberation, A Step Beyond The Rain explores the relationship between these three very different women, and their individual journeys toward freedom. It is at times humorous and at times heart-wrenching, but throughout it is an honest and compassionate story. Learn More

The first half drug a little, but the second half came alive. The acting was very good. It was an enjoyable evening all in all.

sorry, but we thought the topic, dialogue and characters were completely insipid. and the grating, constant shreiking of the main female character sent us home screaming.
the acting was otherwise good. but for god's sake, give them something interesting to say!!

Intelligent, provocative and emotionally charged, this performance was an absolute treat. The depth of every character, played by talented actors, draws in the audience of the very small and intimate Two Roads Theatre.
