Myq Kaplan made his network TV debut on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, and has since made multiple appearances on TBS's Conan. The New Jersey-born comic, who holds a master's degree in linguistics and uses it to craft dizzyingly fast runs of wordplay and leaps of logic, has also performed on the Late Show with David Letterman, had a half-hour special on Comedy Central, and been a finalist on NBC's Last Comic Standing. His Vegan Mind Meld LP was one of iTunes' top 10 best-selling comedy albums of 2010. He followed up that success with 2012's hilarious Please Be Seated and 2013's acclaimed Meat Robot. Learn More

Rooster T Feathers is a small club with good priced drinks. But this is Sunnyvale and the acts that come here need not to be put off by the more conservative aspects of Sunnyvale. Each act mentioned "conservative" but then proceeded to denounce "conservative." Huh? And then they badmouthed the audience for not thinking they were funny. Willie Barcena is a funny man, but he was out of his comfort zone in Sunnyvale. I'd like to see him in San Jose where he could appreciate the audience more.
Veteran comedian Willie Barcena never shys away from a challenge. During his two year run with The Morning Show on KSFM 102.5 Sacramento, the show shot to the number one spot in this highly competitive market.
Barcena's talent has garnered him 9 appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Leno even invited Barcena to perform for the troops in Afghanistan. Barcena helped provide much-needed laughter to that part of the world. In addition to being a comedy road warrior, Barcena has appeared on many TV shows including: Moesha and The Wayans Brothers, and he was chosen to be the host of the popular SI-TV production Latino Laugh Festival - The Show. His one-hour Comedy Central Special, Deal with It!, debuted in 2009. He's also made multiple appearances on tours such as Que Locos, Latino Laugh Festival, Montreal's Just for Laughs, and Crown Royal Latin All Stars Comedy Explosion and is taping a new special for Showtime, Legally Brown.
