Hadn't been to Rooster T's in ages, but offer a female Armenian comic? Hell yea I'm there! Watch out for that front door - it can slam behind you. The decor hasn't changed one bit. Incredibly intimate venue, not for faint-of-heart performers. The last several comedy shows I've been to, the first comic/MC has been good and the middle act mediocre, and this show held to form. Jackie killed, had good audience rapport, and sold her CDs after the show. Now we have a few new catch phrases, hahah - thanks, Jackie!Written on Nov 16 2010

Jackie was very entertaining. I enjoyed her a lot, but I have to say, not the funniest I've ever seen, but definitely not the worst. The worst may have been the comedian who went on before/travels with her. (Was Ben his name?) My friend and I were so bored during his set that we were playing hangman and tic-tac-toe the entire time. I'm not really even sure what he was talking about. He was just plain creepy and weird.
I thought the highlight of the show was the host! :) He was hilarious.

I really enjoyed Jackie's act; she was very funny. Most of her humor revolved around her large family of brothers, sisters mom and dad. I would readily recommend Jackie to anyone who was looking for a good time of laughing.Written on Nov 03 2008

This was a great venue - small and intimate. Tons of drink choices including non alcoholic and a few food items that were adequate for snacking. The lead in act, Larry Bubbles Brown and Jackie Kashian were both hilarious. Being a Sunday nite, it wasn't packed but it was a good crowd. Very fun, relaxed and enjoyable! Would definitely recommned Rooster T Feathers and the comics.Written on Nov 28 2011
