There was a concert across the way, and it seemed as though the actors were distracted by the noise. At times it was almost impossible to hear their lines, as well as the harmonies of their songs!! (We were near the back of the front section). Also, the intermission was so rushed. Wait in line for a beverage, then hurry, hurry, back to the seats without it.Written on Sep 19 2005

Absolutely superb. Despite a cast that included a fair number of amateurs who were donating their services and no budget, a wonderful piece to revive, plus a terrific selection of songs from the era. Great singing, really good and witty costumes, and perfectly wonderful direction. I'd go again and take friends if it hadn't ended its run. Maybe they'll put it on again with this same cast at some other time.Written on Oct 03 2005
