Goldstar came through with good seats but the songs were difficult to dicipher. I needed to go to the internet to appreciate the lyrics. Also, there was nothing memorable music-wise. Choreography was unimaginative, mostly gymnastics.

We had a fantastic time at the show! I do agree that some parts were hard to hear. (Maybe because Wolftrap has no walls for the sound to bounce off of?) But it didn't ruin anything. Good seats. WE LOVED IT! so cute :)

The sound was horrible in our section. We only heard high pitched screams from the female singers and after many complaints were finally able to move to the balcony where we could hear much better for the second act. The play is cute but not...continued

t’s here, and it’s “an Elle of a show” (Time Magazine). The hilarious MGM film is Broadway’s new smash hit musical, and now Legally Blonde The Musical is coming to the Wolf Trap

Legally Blonde The Musical follows sorority star Elle Woods, an underestimated blonde who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. When her boyfriend dumps her for someone more “serious,” Elle puts down the credit card, hits the books, and sets out to go where no Delta Nu has gone before: Harvard Law. Along the way, Elle proves that being true to yourself never goes out of style. After turning Broadway and MTV hot pink, this “feel-good song and dance juggernaut” (New York Magazine) is “the best new musical around!” (WOR).

Long-time Blonde Broadway alum Becky Gulsvig will “don the blonde” as Elle Woods in the national tour of Legally Blonde The Musical. Joining Becky onstage will be D.B. Bonds as Emmett, original Broadway Cast Member Natalie Joy Johnson as Paulette, Jeff McLean  as Warner, Megan Lewis as Vivienne, Coleen Sexton as Brooke, Michael Rupert as Professor Callahan, Tiffany Engen as Serena, Rhiannon Hansen as Margot, Candice Marie Woods as Pilar and Lucia Spina as Enid.

Fans of the MTV reality show Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods will recognize a familiar face in the tour casting: Third runner-up Rhiannon Hansen plays Elle’s best friend, Margot. The reality show represented the musical’s second venture with MTV. In the fall of 2007, MTV aired Legally Blonde The Musical in its entirety to stellar ratings and was subsequently nominated for two 2007-2008 Daytime Emmy Awards.
