In a sure-to-be stirring All-American musical tribute to our troops, actor and U.S. Marine Corps veteran Dan Lauria (The Wonder Years, Sullivan & Son) is set to take the stage with the Philharmonic of Southern New Jersey to narrate Copland's Lincoln's Portrait. Along with that exciting performance, the orchestra premieres their co-commission of Dreams of the Fallen, featuring music by Jake Runestad and text by poet and Iraq War veteran Brian Turner, accompanied by pianist Jeffrey Biegel and the powerful pipes of both the Rutgers-Camden Choir and the Temple University Choir. The concert also features Gould's American Salute, Barber's Adagio for Strings and a fitting finale of John Philip Sousa's rousing Stars and Stripes Forever. Learn More
