Syrian singer Omar Souleyman and his synth partner, keyboardist Rizan Sa'id, get the joint jumping with their innovative brand of techno-folk, based on the Middle Eastern dance music known as dabke. Once a favorite at weddings, Souleyman's influence has now spread throughout the world, after Bjork picked him to record three remixes for her acclaimed Biophilia disc. This event lacked talent. The queens did not know the music nor how to dance or entertain a crowd. The best part was the comic relief guy who showed up between the drag acts and the play. They used the same Christmas song three times!!! Very...continued
