We went on a Sunday, so it turned out we could find free street parking. They had a very small self-park lot one block from the theater, and they were charging fifteen dollars for that.

food purchase required to sit down for this performance (although I found out later you can sit in a balcony seat without having to buy anything. The food prices are very expensive.

Excellent night! Perhaps the best Beatles tribute I have heard (I have heard at least 35 such bands in recent years). Extremely realistic look and sound. Loads of fun!
