Stories of the world come alive at the Newseum, where you can go behind the scenes to experience how and why news is made. Stand in the shadow of the Unabomber's cabin, touch the Berlin Wall, marvel at a comprehensive collection of Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs and hear never-told stories from the journalists and photographers who stood on the front lines of history. The high-tech museum features seven levels of galleries and exhibits, theaters, retail spaces and visitor services where you can explore electronic news, unique artifacts, photojournalism, news history and world news. And, since there's so much to see, your ticket is good for two consecutive days. Take your time and see half the first day, then return the next day to catch what you missed. Learn More

Not a good value at all. There was no real interaction with people; we received name tags but did nothing with them. The pizza was cold and leftover from another cruise. We were about 70 yards away from the Cherry Blossoms. There was no tour component, no factoids about the monuments. Very poorly executed. The cruise also did not last an hour. I felt like the driver was in a rush.
This cruise down the Potomac River has it all--spectacular views, fun people, plus food and drink (drinks are at your own expense). Marvel at the beautiful views of some of the most exquisite monuments and memorials in D.C. See D.C. as you've never seen it before, with these architectural tributes to American history, our national heroes and our way of life.
The cruise boat is comfortable and well stocked with $3 margarita specials, fresh pizza and a cash bar. After the cruise, Professionals in the City will host an optional reception at a nearby venue, with food and beverages at your own expense.
6:00pm: Boat departs
7:10pm: Optional reception
