In this unconventional play, set in various locations around the Woolly Mammoth Theatre, a crotchety East German Chancellor watches a play when students suddenly riot and the profiteers swoop in. Amid the chaos, two women launch a madcap chase to save an abandoned baby and outrun the vultures of both communism and capitalism. Their journey through Woolly's entire building comes full circle back to the stage -- but can a disgraced artistic director help them reset the nation's moral compass?

I am familiar with the work of a few of the actors involved in the production, so I really looked forward to seeing them all together. I'd heard of Sarah Marshall for some years now, but this was my first time witnessing her skill. Wow! Everyone is amazing, but she is a standout. Really a dynamic piece of work that is dangerous and challenging for audience as well as actors. It truly used Woolly's entire space, effectively. Highly recommended!
