Woman's National Democratic Club (Washington, DC)
Goddess Days are mini-retreats held near Dupont Circle for busy women who would like to take just part of a day for themselves and their inner goddess. Each monthly gathering will introduce a different Goddess from around the world and present a number of simple and practical ways to cherish one's Self and glean inspiration from the Mythic figure we are learning about. The Woman's National Democratic Club was founded in 1922 as the first organization for Democratic women in Washington, DC. Men were granted full voting membership in 1988.
